What we collect and why
When you submit the booking form, we collect your name, mobile number, email, preferred language and the course date you are interested in. We use these details exclusively to contact you about the forklift operator training — to confirm dates, price and enrolment.
The legal basis is your consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given through the form's consent checkbox. You can withdraw it at any time.
How long we keep your data
If you do not enrol, we delete your contact details at most 12 months after our last contact. If you enrol, your data is processed as part of the training and certification process, subject to the applicable legal retention periods.
Who we share data with
We do not sell or hand over your data. Form submissions are processed by the technical service hosting this page and its form, acting as a processor.
WhatsApp and phone calls
If you choose to contact us via WhatsApp, the conversation is handled by the WhatsApp platform (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) under WhatsApp's own privacy policy. We do not store that data outside the conversation.
