Prices per person, in force since 1 January 2026. Every course includes the theory module, the practical module on a real machine and the SafeMOV certificate.

How the open courses work
Enrolment always open
Every week we run one or two courses on powered pallet trucks, powered stackers, counterbalance forklifts, reach trucks and lifting platforms. For the other machines, at least one course every fortnight, depending on enrolments.
Theory + practice on a real machine
Each course has a theory module and a practical module, with the total duration shown in the table and a maximum of 5 people — so everyone completes the exercises with enough time.
No experience? No problem
Anyone not yet confident enough on the machine may need more practice hours to earn the certificate. The first repeat of the practical module is free, subject to available dates.
Why our courses are different
If you are only after a "paper" saying you are certified to operate any machine, earned in a classroom or distance "training" where they show you photographs of the machines — to us that is not professional training. Those are information sessions, and very expensive ones.
You only receive one of our certificates if, beyond the theory sessions, you demonstrate that you can use the machine safely, in practical exercises on a real machine. That is why our courses have no minimum number of participants — they have a maximum.
